Through our partnership with Goods that Matter, your gift supports their mission of giving back to unique social and environmental causes.
Goods that Matter was the first Benefit Corporation in the state of Louisiana and has given over $48,000 to their partner causes by donating a portion of all their proceeds to causes that impact health, happiness, and sustainability. To date, Goods that Matter has supported 14 artisans, 9 environmental groups, 7 disaster relief groups, and positively impacted over 48,000 people.
A plastic-free upgrade for the kitchen sink. These 100% wool dish sponges are naturally antimicrobial, gentle on dishes, and—unlike plastic-based sponges—won't shed microplastics down the drain. At the end of their life, they're fully compostable. Handmade in New Orleans from cruelty-free South American wool felt, in a practical light grey that holds up to everyday use. Every 6 sponges sold plants one bald cypress tree in Southeast Louisiana wetlands, and 10% of proceeds support Common Ground Relief's wetlands restoration work.
