Your Impact
Empower Women

Women’s Bean Project believes all women have the power to transform their lives through employment. They hire women who are chronically unemployed and teach them to work by making nourishing products. After six to nine months, women graduate and move to a career entry-level job in the community where they can advance, prosper, and often, feel valued for the first time in their lives.  The average graduation rate is 77%, with job placement at 98%. Approximately 800 women are self-sufficient and more than 18,000 women and children have been positively affected in 25 years.

Your purchase today provides 15 minutes of job training for each gift basket to break the cycle of poverty.
