Each person is trained by Light 4 Life Cause staff in the art of hand-crafted candle making. They also receive personalized coaching from ECF staff on both professional and life skills development. Handcrafted in small batches in the USA, our candles have redefined the meaning of 'Eco Chic' with an innovative, all-natural, coconut wax that provides the cleanest and most sustainable burn available on the market. This premium set includes a handmade 2.5 coconut wax candle, along with a scented eco-friendly room spray made in Los Angeles from the finest luxury ingredients.

Clean burning candle that never collects soot, exudes fragrance and is truly ecologically responsible

Please be aware that your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 80 degrees or higher for long periods of time. Unfortunately, mail trucks are not air conditioned. Customer assumes the risk if candle melts during transit and the product may not be returned or credited if melted upon receipt.

Shipping and returns

This gift usually ships within 1-3 business days via USPS, UPS or Fedex ground services. Shipping transit times may vary depending on delivery location.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping.

Items in the following categories cannot be returned: Fine jewelry, consumable food products, alcohol and print on demand wall art. These items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item that has been damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new one - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Gifts for Good within 5 days of receiving it.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing hello@giftsforgood.com or calling (877) 554-1550 and make your return request, stating the order number, and the product name of the item you want to return. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send the item(s). We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
