Since 1916 Goodwill Southern California (GSC) has been at the forefront of creating employment opportunities for job seekers, especially for those from underserved populations. Founded in Los Angeles by Katherine Higgins, since its inception GSC has embraced principles of diversity, inclusivity, and equity. Over the last 106 years, we have enrolled more than 3 million participants into Goodwill programs and served more than 12 million of the general population with basic job services

Your redemption today gives the gift of a professional article of clothing for a job seekers interview or new job.

Goodwill Southern California is focused on helping people with the greatest barriers to employment, including veterans, unhoused people, disconnected youth, justice-involved individuals, and the uniquely abled.  They also provide workforce and career development services to anyone from the general public who comes to them for assistance.  In 2021 alone, they served 33,089 job seekers.
