Artisans in the developing world lack access to the global economy. Novica works to employ artisans and preserve their culture around the world, while providing meaningful access to global markets. Many artisans live in rural communities and don't have the means to sell their work on the international market. Novica gives them a free platform to do this, and reach customers on a global scale while preserving indigenous culture and artistry. Since 1999, over $88M has been sent to indigenous artisans and all products are produced under fair trade standards.
Your purchase today ensures artisans in the developing world have a better tomorrow.
A pair of playful hummingbirds hovering on whirring wings make adorable ornaments for the holiday season. Designed by Sindhu Nata, they are hand-carved from jempinis wood with a golden cord to hang from the tree.
