We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. These items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any products without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping services are provided at the time your order is fulfilled and delivered, and therefore cannot be refunded once completed. If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

Items in the following categories cannot be returned: Gift Cards (including Experience Gift Cards), fine jewelry, consumable food products, alcohol and print on demand wall art. These items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item that has been damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new one - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Gifts for Good within 5 days of receiving it.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES:

Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse. During peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc.) it can take longer than normal to process.

Once completed, it may take your banking institution an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment and you should receive an email notification within 24 hours after we have processed your return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing hello@giftsforgood.com or calling (877) 554-1550 and make your return request, stating the order number, and the product name of the item you want to return. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send the item(s). We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
