Since 1916 Goodwill Southern California (GSC) has been at the forefront of creating employment opportunities for job seekers, especially for those from underserved populations. Founded in Los Angeles by Katherine Higgins, since its inception GSC has embraced principles of diversity, inclusivity, and equity. Over the last 100+ years, they have enrolled more than 3 million participants into Goodwill programs and served more than 12 million of the general population with basic job services
