What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of all Gifts For Good products. We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund.
All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacture defect or have been damaged in shipping. If you receive a defective item or an item was damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new item - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Gifts For Good within 7 days of receipt of item. Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing email@example.com or calling (877) 554-1550. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time. We will reply to your email within 24 hours during standard operating hours.
