I​ ​live​ ​in​ ​the​ ​U.S.​ ​What​ ​does​ ​shipping​ ​cost?​ ​How​ ​long​ ​does​ ​it​ ​take?

Shipping costs $9.99 for orders under $49.99, $14.99 for orders in the range of $50 – $149.99, and is free for orders $150 and up. Exceptions apply for bulk orders where shipping is billed at cost or billed to a corporate Fedex, UPS, or USPS account number. Shipping times vary depending on the product and quantity purchased. Once your order ships you’ll receive tracking information that will estimate the time of delivery. Please contact our gifting concierge at or (877) 554-1550 for expedited shipping inquiries and quotes for bulk shipments.

We’re sorry to say that we don’t yet ship internationally. We’re growing quickly, and hope to accommodate orders outside the U.S. soon - so stay tuned!

What​ ​happens​ ​when​ ​my​ ​item​ ​is​ ​backordered?

Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we will email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships. In the unfortunate event that we will not be able to provide you with the requested item(s), we will contact you with appropriate alternatives for you to select from. You will be able to cancel your order if we are not able to provide an appropriate alternative - but our gifting curators are so impressive we are sure that won’t happen!


What​ ​is​ ​your​ ​return​ ​policy?

We stand by the quality of all Gifts For Good products. We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacture defect or have been damaged in shipping. Fine jewelry, consumable food products, and alcohol are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item was damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new item - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Gifts For Good within 7 days of receipt of item. Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing or calling (877) 554-1550. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time. We will reply to your email within 24 hours during standard operating hours.

How​ ​do​ ​I​ ​return​ ​my​ ​Gifts​ ​For​ ​Good​ ​order?

Say it isn't so! Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing or calling (877) 554-1550 to be issued a return authorization number. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send your items for return. We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
