Everything you need to know to make the most of your Conair gift card balance.
How does it work?
You have been given a gift card balance by Conair to spend on yourself or those closest to you. This balance can be used all year-round, on multiple orders and never expires. Choose from hundreds of premium quality gifts, luxury items and amazing gift experiences. You also have the option to donate your balance to a charitable cause of your choice.
Ways you can spend your balance...
Shopping with your Gift Card balance
Step 1
Copy the Gift Code from the email that you received from Conair. It's also a good idea to write the code down somewhere and keep it in a safe place, just in case you lose or delete the email.
Step 2
Shop to your heart's content, adding the items you want to your online shopping cart. The only items that gift cards cannot be used for are alcoholic beverages, and any product that is marked custom-only.
Step 3
When you reach online checkout, enter your gift code into the Discount code / gift card entry field and click 'Appy'. Your Gift Card balance will then be applied to your order.

How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?

Does my Gift Card balance expire?
No, your balance does not expire.
Do I have to spend the entire balance all in the same order?
No, you can use your balance throughout the year, across multiple orders. This makes it great for treating yourself when you feel like it, or using your balance to buy gifts for friends.
Are there any products I cannot purchase with my Gift Card balance?
Gift cards can be used for all online orders on giftsforgood.com, except towards alcohol and any items with a minimum order quantity amount (for example: sized apparel or custom-only candles).
What are 'Experience' gifts?
You can use your Gift Card balance to buy Experience Gift vouchers that can be redeemed with our Experiences partner. These are fun travel experiences, spa days, hotel stays, wine tastings or even cooking classes!
I just want to allocate my gift card balance to a charity - how do I do that?

I have a large balance to spend, do you have high priced items?

What if I lose my gift code?
You should have received your gift code by email, so firstly we would recommend doing a search of your email inbox for subject lines containing the word "Congratulations". If this returns no results, you can email support@giftsforgood.com with your name, and Conair email address, and we can retrieve your gift code for you.
